About

Built from inside the industry. Not the outside looking in.

Our experience spans airline operations, fleet and network planning, aircraft sales, cargo, pricing and valuation. We work where the aircraft market meets the airline networks — and we say what we find plainly.

How we think

Global in expertise. Boutique in size.

(We compete with the largest consulting firms by focusing on quality and contrarian ideas — and by being small enough that the people you meet are the people doing the work)

01

Data

Advanced analysis applied to large, distinctive datasets on fleets, schedules, orders, values and airline financials.

02

Context

Decades of industry experience, nuance and perspective laid over the numbers, so the larger picture is visible.

03

A point of view

Know what your competition knows, then go beyond it — with a clear call and the reasoning behind it.
